Midnight = hard stop. Book, wind down, sleep.
One primary project per morning block.
Afternoon is flex — house, admin, secondary.
Sunday is OFF. Church, walk, recovery.
Night block is bonus, not default.
When AI is processing — stand up, don't open YouTube.
3x BJJ + 2x long cardio per week minimum.
If weather's bad, swap cardio for BJJ.
